Michelle Hoover became a local police officer in 2009. She quickly learned the value of community and how their strength depends on people making connections with one another. As a born helper to others, she founded Grace Home and Life Care to extend her reach into the lives and homes of those who are working to age in place, in their own homes and in their own communities.

As a single mom to twins, she’s not afraid of hard work, big jobs, problem-solving, and finding options for solutions. Her energy is steady and positive, and there’s no project too big or too small for her time and attention.

In her free time, she likes to lift weights for strength and health, travel with her children and friends, and spend time outside.
